On 11 November 2020 were published the Law no. 38/2020 and Law no. 39/2020 approving the New Angolan Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code, respectively and repeals the Criminal Code, dated 1886 and the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1929.
We will provide soon a technical analysis of the main provisions for business purposes of these new Codes.
