The decree 128/20, dated 8 May 2020, maintains exceptional measures to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19, including:
Restrictions on free movement of persons on public roads;
National health fence, for all the national territory by any means, as well as for the Province of Luanda;
Mandatory testing for all citizens as defined by the competent health authorities;
Mandatory wearing of individual masks;
